OZLink

Welcome to OZLink, the VATSIM-compatible branch of Qantas Virtual Airlines.
OZLink is designed for pilots flying in Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane, offering advanced realism, bonus pay, and access to international routes.
On VATSIM, many QFA callsigns are used casually. To avoid confusion and ensure professionalism, all official Qantas Virtual flights on VATSIM must use OZL/OZ callsigns. This makes it clear to ATC and other pilots that you are flying as part of Qantas Virtual/OZLink operations, not just for fun.

Why fly for OZLink?

  • Integration with VATSIM for live ATC and multiplayer realism
  • Bonus pay for VATSIM flights (+$25/hr)
  • Access to advanced aircraft and long-haul routes
  • Structured ranks and salaries, same as GeoFS pilots
  • Recognition as part of the Qantas/OZLink community

OZLink Pilot Requirements

To qualify as an OZLink Pilot, you must:
  • Complete 20 GeoFS flights
  • Log 24 hours of VATSIM flying (MSFS or X-Plane)
  • Have 10 hours experience on your preferred aircraft type
(Each new aircraft type requires 10 hours of experience before use.)
